We're a small, focused team running zero-knowledge infrastructure. Vetted onboarding keeps abuse low, performance predictable, and lets us know who's using the system — important when "we can't see your files" is the literal product. Open signup invites spam, fraud, and the operational overhead that comes with policing it.
Individual requests via referral: typically 2–5 business days. Team and Organization tiers include a short scoping call — usually a week from first contact to first sync. Custom tier depends on requirements (DPA review, infrastructure provisioning).

Read-only access for 30 days. Export everything in original format (we ship a CLI tool). After 30 days, encrypted blobs are erased from our storage — we can never recover them.
